When you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Of course, given the current global pandemic, if you have unexpected symptoms then you will not be charged to cancel your appointment. However, if you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee.

 

When you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the session charge. Cancelling your appointment within 4 hours of your session time is considered a no-show, and will incur a full charge. Another appointment will not be made until payment for the missed appointment has been received.
