COVID-19 Health Protocols

In-person counselling will be optional for clients with the following enhanced health protocols to ensure the lowest possible risk for both counsellor and clients:
​

  • Health screening for all in-person appointments​​​ through the BC Government Self-Assessment Tool within 24-hours leading up to your scheduled appointment

  • ​Sanitization of office space between clients 

  • No-contact payment options (i.e. tap payment, etransfer)

  • Hand sanitizer provided

  • Option of client and counsellor wearing masks during session (client must supply their own mask)

  • Chair and couch spacing (minimum 6 feet of physical distance is possible)

  • Air purifier running during sessions (with Hepa filter and UV-C light to reduce airborne bacteria or virus)

  • Both counsellor and client retain the right to cancel appointment at any time due to COVID health concerns without fees or penalties.
